Welcome to Bloxhit ("we", "us", "the Site"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of bloxhit.gg and all related products and services. By creating an account, depositing, or playing any game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Bloxhit. We may require age verification at any time and will void any account or balance found to belong to a minor.
• You must reside in a jurisdiction where online social-casino play is legal. Use from blocked regions is prohibited; we maintain a geo-block list and will refuse service from those locations.
• You may hold only one account. Multi-accounting, account-sharing, or signing up using another person's identity is grounds for permanent ban and forfeiture of any balance.

2. Account & security

• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials, OAuth tokens, and any third-party authentication (Roblox bio phrase, Discord, Google) secure. Bloxhit is not liable for losses resulting from your account being accessed by someone else.
• You agree not to use bots, scripts, automation, or third-party tools to interact with the site or any game.
• We may suspend or terminate any account that we determine, in our sole discretion, is engaged in abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise prohibited activity.

3. Hitcoin & deposits

• Hitcoin is a virtual in-site currency. It has no real-world cash value, cannot be exchanged for fiat or for cryptocurrency, and is not redeemable for goods or services outside Bloxhit.
• Deposits are processed through third-party crypto payment processors (currently NOWPayments). Once a transaction is confirmed on-chain we credit your account at the published BC ↔ USD rate. Failed or under-paid deposits credit pro-rata at the value actually received.
• All deposits are final. Because Hitcoin has no cash value, no chargebacks or refunds are offered for confirmed deposits except in cases of clear processor error verified by us.

4. Wagers & payouts

• Outcomes are computed server-side from a committed seed (provably fair); see the Provably Fair section for verification.
• Bets are final once placed. You cannot rescind a bet after it has been resolved.
• We cap maximum payouts per round to protect the bank against extreme outliers; the cap is published per game.

5. Provably fair

Every round commits to a SHA-256 hash of a server seed before the round opens. The seed is revealed once the round resolves, allowing you to recompute the outcome and verify it matches what the server delivered. You can rotate your seed at any time from the Provably Fair panel.

6. Conduct

You agree not to: harass other players, post or transmit obscene, threatening, or unlawful content, attempt to defraud Bloxhit or any other player, exploit bugs without reporting them in good faith, or attempt to circumvent our security, geo-block, or age-verification systems.

7. Intellectual property

All site content, branding, code, and game logic is owned by Bloxhit or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or modify any part of the site without explicit permission. Bloxhit is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation; Roblox usernames and avatars are referenced solely for account identity.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bloxhit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including loss of Hitcoin, downtime, or data loss.

9. Disputes

Disputes are resolved through binding individual arbitration under the laws of the operator's home jurisdiction. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. We will publish the new version here and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

This Privacy Policy describes what data Bloxhit collects, why, who we share it with, and your rights. By using the site you consent to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

• Account identity — depending on how you sign in: Discord user ID + username, Google email + name, or your Roblox user ID + username + cached headshot URL.
• Profile data — username, avatar, account preferences, achievements, and game history.
• Wager & transaction data — every bet, payout, deposit, and withdrawal request including amounts, timestamps, and the seeds we committed for the round.
• Device & network data — a hashed browser fingerprint, IP address, country (from CDN headers or IP geolocation), and user-agent. Used for fraud detection, ban-evasion checks, and geo-blocking.
• On-chain wallet data — for crypto deposits, the deposit address we mint on your behalf and the transaction hash of each deposit. We do not see or store your sending wallet's seed phrase or private keys.

2. How we use your data

To operate the site (auth, gameplay, balance accounting), to process deposits and (when enabled) withdrawals, to enforce our Terms (ban-evasion, multi-account detection), to comply with applicable law (age verification, geo-blocks, sanctions screening), and to improve the product.

3. Third parties

• Supabase — auth + database hosting. Stores your auth identity, profile, and wager history.
• NOWPayments — crypto payment processing for deposits and (when live) withdrawals. Receives your deposit address and the on-chain amount.
• Roblox — public users API to resolve usernames and fetch avatar headshots during sign-in. We send your Roblox username and read only your public profile.
• Discord / Google — OAuth providers if you sign in with those services. They share your basic profile (id, name, avatar) per their own policies.
• Cloudflare — CDN and DDoS protection. Sees request IPs and provides country headers.

We do not sell your data. We share data with these processors strictly to deliver the service.

4. Cookies & local storage

We use browser local storage to keep your Supabase session, your Provably Fair seeds, and minor UI preferences (theme, sound). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

5. Retention

We retain account data while your account is active. Wager and audit data is retained for at least 5 years to satisfy fraud-investigation and accounting obligations even if your account is closed. Hashed device fingerprints are retained while the account is active and 12 months after closure for ban-evasion enforcement.

6. Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, correct inaccurate data, or request deletion of your account. To exercise these rights, contact us via the Discord support channel. Account deletion does not remove records required by law (audit trail, deposit history); those are anonymized where possible.

7. Security

We use TLS in transit, hashed credentials at rest (handled by Supabase Auth), provably-fair seed commitment to prevent outcome manipulation, and an append-only audit log with chain hashes to detect tampering. No system is perfectly secure; please report suspected vulnerabilities responsibly via Discord.

8. Children

Bloxhit is not for anyone under 18. If we learn we have collected data from a minor we will delete it.

Bloxhit is built for fun. Hitcoin has no cash value and cannot be cashed out, but the patterns of play (fast rounds, near-misses, win streaks) can still encourage compulsive behavior. We take this seriously.

Set spending limits

You can set a daily Hitcoin spend ceiling from your profile. Once you cross it, the site refuses new bets until the next day. Limits go into effect immediately and can only be raised after a 24-hour cooldown.

Self-exclusion

Need a break? You can self-exclude for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanently. While excluded, the site refuses bets, deposits, and (when enabled) withdrawals. Permanent exclusion can be reversed only after 12 months and only by manual support review.

Warning signs
